Whether your excursion to Whiteman Park is to participate in one of our education programs, a self-organised activity or just a picnic stopover, please ensure that you advise us of your visit and register your attendance in the Park with our Bookings Officer.
There are some occasions that school visits are not possible, whether that be due to a major event in the Park, infrastructure works or, as worst-case scenarios, due to a bushfire incident. If we have your visit booked in, then we can advise you if a visit is no longer advisable and avoid disappointment both for teachers and students.

Booking Information
Bookings are essential for all Whiteman Park Education Programs and general school excursions to the Park.
We request that you speak to our Bookings Officer to book your education program/s at least two weeks prior to your intended visit. Bookings can be made directly by phone on weekdays between 9.00am and 3.00pm or anytime via email.
Whiteman Park will prepare a schedule for your excursion based on the program/s you choose, the number of students/classes attending and your anticipated arrival and departure times.
We will confirm your booking and send the relevant teacher resource material by email.
If there are any issues with your booking request we will telephone you to discuss this prior to your visit.
