Whether it’s a walk, run or ride – there’s nothing quite like exploring in the fresh air of Whiteman Park.
We have an extensive network of shared use paths that will take you to or through many of the Park’s unique attractions.
Connecting our two main recreation areas - the Village and Mussel Pool - our pathway network spans nearly 17 kilometres, and links to external path networks on both the east and west sides of the Park, including both Malaga and Whiteman Park Train Stations on the Ellenbrook line.
You may even come across some grazing kangaroos and other native animals on some of the quieter bush paths!
Below are some guidelines and tips that will help make your walk or ride at Whiteman Park more enjoyable.
All of the Park's sealed paths are shared use. As such, pedestrians have right of way and cyclists should keep their speed to minimum when riding.
Where paths run through bush areas, you may encounter some of the Park’s wildlife, including reptiles sunning themselves on the warm bitumen.
Please remain on designated paths at all times and leave gates as you find them.
Your dog is also welcome to join you, as long as they remain on a lead.
