The theme for NAIDOC week 2018 is “Because of her, we can.

Children visiting Revolutions Transport Museum during NAIDOC week are invited to take part in this discovery activity.

The Noongar people of south-west Western Australia have six seasons, rather than the European four, and harvest different foods from the bush each season. Noongar women know where to find the food and they pass this knowledge onto their children. Look for the bush tucker onjects throughout the museum and collect the pictures as you go. Once you’ve found them all, don’t forget to collect your free NAIDOC gift!
