Looking for a clay gift or just want to potter around?
The pottery shop and gallery is operated by a co-operative of more than a dozen potters and has a bevy of clay creations.
Works encompass both wheel and hand-sculptured pieces and commissions are accepted.
Each month, the Pottery Centre holds an exhibition of works by one of their members as well as having regular special activities during the year, including the spectacular Raku firing display showcasing this ancient Japanese art form to brilliant effect.
Take a look at our

During the school holidays, kids can explore the world of clay, using their best tools – their hands and imaginations - with pottery classes for kids. Usually held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during school holidays, the ‘
Play with Clay’ classes are a fantastic opportunity for kids to get creative with clay. For information and bookings, contact the Pottery Centre.
